Week #1
So I have 36 photos for class, but I'm pretty sure that most of them are terrible. I'm so used to taking a blank piece of paper and slowing building a drawing. Pressing the button on my 30D and hearing the shutter and knowing that I'm "done" with that idea or subject is a totally different mind-set. I try to keep compositional ideas in mind, but when you're out walking around shooting, the world around me doesn't always (or ever) cooperate. I have a new found respect for photography and this is only our first assignment. I have a long way to go, but by the end of this class, I figure I'll be the new Ansel Adams.
